Great post! Speaking of healthy lifestyles, over a decade ago my wife had severe allergies. She could hardly go outside with her inhaler. Most "good" foods she was allergic to (many fruits and vegetables, legumes, the list was exhaustive.) Her wise and knowledgeable doctor (hint of sarcasm) prescribed her medication: Zyrtec when she woke up (at the time it was prescription only). Singulair during the day when she could not breath, and inhaler for emergencies, which happened daily because of the horse hay close to our house, and Benadryl at night. She was a walking zombie for years. She met a group of ladies, one who beat cancer from changing her lifestyle, and my wife took note. She cleaned up her diet (I wont get into details, since this is long enough already), and 1 year later she was off all meds. And now, a decade + later, she is not on a single medication. Some allergies have lingered, but 99% cleared up. It was then she lost faith in doctors. Today she still refuses to see a doctor. Our cousin is a nurse and we learned a long time ago, a doctors office is not a place of healing, but a legal drug cartel. My wife enjoys a medicine free life, and is very vibrant these days!

There appear to be many lies we've been fed from other alphabet agencies that are having a direct impact on the health and weight of Americans.
Completely agree. Before COVID I knew there was corruption, but ignorant me didn’t know how bad it was. I actually “trusted” the CDC 2 years ago. I knew the FDA wasn’t the best, but still thought they had our best interest at heart. Now I am skeptical of any alphabet organization, and more so of our politicians. The positive side is they showed their cards and people are waking up to the real truth. :/)
When all things COVID get me down and stress me out, I remind myself of the number of people like you and I that have awakened to the lies....it gives me great hope :)
Glad to hear about your wife's success story. I'm currently doing research into getting my husband off statins and BP drugs. He's been on them for at least 20 years and I believe the statins have affected his memory in some ways, otherwise he is excellent cognitively. He has agreed to it because he has been in a month-long debate with his hospital system because he's due for an appointment in order to renew his prescriptions, but will under no circumstances wear a mask or a face shield due to severe anxiety over wearing a mask (because he won't participate in their farce).
A year ago, they allowed him to come in without a mask and whisked him into the exam room. Now, they said his doctor, who is fresh out of med school and has only seen him once, a year ago for 30 minutes has said he is not eligible for an exemption from the mask policy. He asked the question "Is it common practice for your doctors to make a diagnosis without even consulting with the patient?" They are really scrambling now.
I’m so sorry you are going through this. Our medical system is surely broken. I’m praying for you and your husband that you both find answers and healing.

'Do No Harm' (Doctor's Hippocratic Oath) went 'out of the window' in January 2020 when Fauci modified Covid was released to depopulate the planet - in a coordinated announcement of the "wonderful new Safe and Effective" Covid injections called (unbelievably) VACCINES! As did the discipline of informing patients of all effects and implications relating to all health recommendation = INFORMED CONSENT was simultaneously Banned.
We have no idea whether there is a Master-Plan to surreptitiously inject the dubious and dangerous contents of the Covid injection, while we’re undergoing what might be a seemingly unrelated procedure?

I am vegan for decades, but I do eat honey and used to eat oh I'd better not say it...been a while...ha ha.
Beans always good in a pinch, at a tacqueria. Survival. And avocadae.
Other than avocado and tomatoes, fruit is eaten separate from other foods.oh ditto cucumbers etc. Breakfast fruits separate.
And on a good day I swim in s f bay.
