Isn't baking soda abrasive on your teeth or are you just referring to oil pulling. I have been brushing with Oregenol P37 for about 3 years. It's a little warm but one gets used to it. This oil has been the best thing I've found for oral hygiene. I have a small cavity and it's been kept it in check with no pain. I refuse to go see a dentist now because I don't know what's in dental analgesics. It isn't getting worse, but I stay away from fluoride, GMOs, vaccines, pesticides, herbicides, and hormones. Most of my food comes from garden and I get meat and dairy from my rural neighbors who also avoid all these toxins and poisons. I have a friend in Washington state and was also concerned about seeing his dentist due to the analgesics being used. There are so many waking up to this now. His dentist told him he could still get the older analgesics, but it would cost more. I don't know it this is even true or not but it's what his dentists told him when they spoke about it. I'm all for everything organic, natural, and chemical/toxin free.

It's really important not to spit out the oil into the sink or a toilet. It will solidify and clog drains. Spit it out in a trash can or in a barren part of the yard.
