One of the best things we can do for ourselves in the midst of the craziness we are living through is to ‘take control of our health’ (courtesy Dr. Mercola). We all have become acutely aware of the atrocities afflicting the US healthcare system. The rampant rot of legislated treatment and agency capture has left many of us concerned about what would happen if we really needed to go to the hospital?? What type of treatment would we receive as ones who did not take an experimental DNA injection? Would a shot of the novel therapy be forced upon us without our knowledge? These are serious concerns that I have heard from well informed individuals who have lost all trust in the medical establishment. This piece features a deeper dive into ways to optimize your health as we head into a very sketchy fall cold, Flu and COVID season.
A frustrating element of the past two years has been the complete obfuscation of prevention and early treatment suggestions offered by our public health officials and the medical community. This many months into the pandemic, most of you are keenly aware why these discussions were not offered. We put the profits of big Pharma over the health of the ordinary citizen. As I climb deeper and deeper into this rabbit hole, it is quite clear that this has been a common theme of the medical establishment community.
I have read and studied the many angles of the COVID crisis, one central theme I always come back to is Vitamin D. Such a simple public health message could have provided a beneficial impact to the vast population of the United States who is severely Vitamin D deficient. There are many reasons for our deficiency:
we spend too much time indoors
when we are outside we lather in sunscreen limiting our bodies ability to naturally process Vitamin D
we have unhealthy diets, ladened with high fructose corn syrup which inactivates Vitamin D
we are overweight, Vitamin D is stored in adipose tissues making it unavailable in our serum blood levels to efficiently manage the hundreds of functions that it regulates in our bodies
Dr. Robert Malone recently wrote about preventable deaths by this simple public health message. He offers a historical perspective as to why our well paid public health ‘experts’, especially the one at the very top has dismissed this again and again.
The inconvenient truth is that even at the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic, a very simple, inexpensive and effective treatment was available that could have saved the majority of lives lost. All that the WHO and public health bureaucracy had to do was to recommend and support people taking sufficient Vitamin D3. This failure to act traces back to the unscientific bias and pro-vaccine obsession of Dr. Anthony Fauci. And once again the legacy media, while being paid by the US government and the pharmaceutical industry to promote vaccination, acted by censoring, defaming and suppressing the ability of physicians to inform people of scientific truth. The disease you suffered, the loss of life among your family and friends, could have been greatly reduced by simply getting enough Vitamin D3. This is another example of what happens when unelected bureaucrats are allowed to control free speech. Crimes against humanity.
It was fall of 2020 as I was starting to awake from my COVID coma, falling prey to all of the lies that Fauci was preaching. There was a particular lecture given by Dr. Simone Gold that got me to realize there was more to this story. As I peeled back the layers, one of the more disturbing acknowledgements was that there was active suppression of the research on the benefits of Vitamin D.
In this essay Dr. Malone goes on to describe how vaccines are the only items researched to control influenza at the expense of natural, inexpensive therapies such as Vitamin D supplementation.
This DoD research scientist and his team had conducted a retrospective study which tied higher baseline vitamin D levels to lowered respiratory virus infection and disease (influenza), using a military database to correlate vitamin D levels to flu levels and death. The DoD believed that if he presented his research to Dr. Fauci, then Director of NIAID (National Institutes of Allergy and Infectious Diseases), that the US government might change direction by investing in this line of research and developing corresponding treatment guidelines. The DoD saw the potential of reducing influenza disease and death with this safe prophylactic, and directed him to contact Dr. Fauci to discuss this finding.
This scientist told me that he scheduled the meeting as assigned, and presented his rock-solid data to Dr. Fauci. He was then informed by Dr. Fauci that US policy is to control influenza in the USA with vaccines, not therapeutics. End of story. No funding or support available for future work. Therefore, NIAID had no interest in pursuing Vitamin D3 as a prophylactic for respiratory diseases, such as influenza, and the DoD dropped the follow up. That means that over fifteen years ago, Dr. Fauci had already set the policies which informed the US government’s present response to COVID.
I used the above slide in a lecture that I gave recently to demonstrate what has been known historically using CDC data. But there is more to this graph and the benefits of the sun ☀️ than just the natural production of Vitamin D. Another benefit of natural sun exposure is the production of melatonin by our mitochondria.
Wait…I thought melatonin was for sleep?? We all know the healing benefits of sleep but what you likely did not know is that 95% of melatonin production occurs during the day with proper exposure to infrared and near infrared light…think sunshine ☀️. Melatonin is another potent hormone that is a both an antioxidant and antioxidant recycler. It is also a regulator of inflammation and cell death.
Dr. Mercola covered the benefits of melatonin and natural sun exposure in a recent article. Due to censorship and attacks on his credentials, Mercola only allows viewing of his work for 48 hours. You can access through a paid ($50/year) account with Substack the archives of his research. I am going to highlight key elements from this recent post and I have it saved in a PDF should you wish to read it in its entirety.
The good news is your body has a built-in way to counteract these ROS (reactive oxidative species). Inside your mitochondria, you also have an antioxidant system, and the main antioxidant is melatonin. Melatonin also upregulates your glutathione pathway, which is another potent antioxidant pathway. So, your body is literally designed to address the destructive impact of energy production, but you need sun exposure in order for that mechanism to work….
Melatonin and sunlight are intimately linked and their relationship is unique in the fact that there are two forms of melatonin, circulatory and subcellular, or that produced by your pineal gland and secreted into the blood, and that produced by your mitochondria and used there locally.
Both appear to be controlled by either the absence of sunlight or the presence of sunlight. While circulatory melatonin may be the "hormone of darkness," subcellular melatonin is the "hormone of daylight."
Since the beginning of human history, people have lived and worked outdoors during the light of day, absorbing light energy from the sky. An average of 10 hours outdoors each day, 70 hours weekly, was common. Today, we spend an average of fewer than 30 minutes a day or a mere three hours per week in daylight, according to a study by Dr. Daniel Kripke, professor of psychiatry at UC San Diego…
However, if you fail to expose your skin to sufficient near-infrared light from the sun, then your mitochondria will have seriously depleted melatonin levels that can't be corrected through supplementation. This is why it is essential to get in the sun every day you can and have as much clothing removed as possible. This is the time of year where nearly everyone in the U.S. can do it. So, no excuses now, shoot for an hour a day in the sun.
I watched this lecture several months ago and Dr. Mercola highlighted it in this article about Vitamin D and melatonin. It is a two hour lecture/interview and well worth your time!
And to really drive home the point that the sun is beneficial to us, look at all the ways the powers that be try to scare us about sun exposure. Like anything, too much of a good thing (wine comes to mind) can lead to negative outcomes. So consider sun exposure in moderation as Dr. Mercola suggests. This recent article by Raheem Kassam highlights how even in weather presentations, meteorologists are sending messages through the changes in color on maps to suggest ‘danger’:
What was once the smiley, happy face of the sun letting us know we could strip off and run through the neighborhood sprinklers (when we were kids, please don’t do this as adults) has been replaced with the deepest, darkest red that corporate media graphics departments can create, designed to summon forth notions of hell on Earth….
It wasn’t a deep orange. It wasn’t an offensive orange. It wasn’t even as orange as a former President freshly emerging from his tanning bed. No, by July 2022, the same temperatures (30 degrees), at the same time of year, are reflected with the most sinister red you could imagine.
I mean, at this point, why not just make >28 degrees solid black? (They will).
Of course it’s happening in America, too. Look at the nonsense color chart on the forecast below. Even 61, 66, and 70 degree temperatures are in the red. Why would 18 degrees celsius in the summer be reflected in red?
And why is the 55 degrees the green zone? That’s 12.7 degrees celsius. That should be in the bloody BLUE, or WHITE zones. Too cold. Especially in summer. Something has gone horribly wrong.
It’s summer, the sun is shining and we can rest in the fact that God created our bodies miraculously with amazing mechanisms for health and healing. Try to get out in the sun daily, exercise, maintain a healthy body weight, prioritize plenty of sleep and stay away from processed foods. The healthier we are, the more we can avoid our deteriorating medical system and dangerous pharmaceutical interventions!

Great article. Studies with covid patients have shown that the Vitamin D form Calcifediol can reduce the risk of ICU admission and death by more than 80%.
Other studies with covid patients have shown that Melatonin reduces the risk of death of hospitalized covid patients by up to 93%.
In the control group, 17% of the hospitalized patients died. In the Melatonin group, 1% died. So there was a 99% survial rate with Melatonin although these people were very sick already. So you can reduce the hospital fatality rate from 17% to 1%..... And they do not do it. They ignore it. I also report about all this in my book.
Most deaths could have been prevented with Calcifediol and Melatonin alone! Not to mention all other effective treatments.
